Our healthcare and medtech practice has been extremely busy during the last couple of years in particular with clients having gained some really exciting opportunities for significant growth. 

Our clients have been armed with exciting growth strategies but have lacked the calibre of talent needed to execute and achieve their visions.

Talent has been in real demand since the start of Covid in 2020 and it has only got worse as more and more investment has been made into the industry.

We have been working very collaboratively with our clients to deliver successful appointments. Most of our executive searches have required us to entice passive candidates into a conversation and we have achieved this by creating inspiriing stories that we have shared in all sorts of different formats including video. Our aim is always to disrupt high performing candidates who are not necessarily looking for a new challenge but when their door is knocked on with an unusual or intriguing one, they are usually open to an initial conversation!
