We have been working with our Mindfulness Coach, Russell Treasure, for over 3 years to help us look after our mental health and general well-being. It has been a fantastic journey and he had certainly prepared us well for the disruption that COVID19 caused to our lives during the last 18 months.

More recently, Russ introduced us to CLANG, a model to help us focus on the doing the "right things" each day to promote positive mental health and well-being.
