Storytelling is such an important part of talent attraction. The best candidates are often happy in their current role, so getting them to step away from that to even interview with an organisation and people they haven’t engaged with before can be a challenge.
That’s why telling a story and really bringing an opportunity to life is so important. Working with, and helping leadership teams establish their "story" makes the talent acquisition process much more rewarding. Both in terms of acquiring and retaining talent.
Stories aren’t merely nice-to-have, soft things. They’re the DNA transfer. Your company does many things, but a story has to move it.
