In the last four weeks, we have been struck by how early career you can go in identifying future leaders. Our clients (large and small) certainly seems to be an appetite to find and promote people who came of age in the digital era partly in order to secure “at ease with technology” type leadership. Interestingly, they are open-minded to people who might have not been “successful” yet but have demonstrated a passion to take ownership. As a result, our theme this month has been millennials. Understanding them, attracting them and helping them be even better leaders. On the back of this we’ve created the infographic, “Spotting Future Leaders”.
