For the past 4 years we have been working really hard to stay true to our core values and work with aspirational clients that share the same or similar ones. We figured out that if we work with like minded clients we could achieve amazing things together. Why? Well, first of all we have a lot of respect for each other, we enjoy meeting up and have constructive conversations. We share the desire for each other's business to do well and prosper and help one another to achieve it. In brief, it is just an all round better way to have fun and build partnerships with people you really like!
I have spent quite a bit of time this year with one of our clients including meeting their customers and other suppliers. It struck me this week, at one of their events, that I get on really well with their whole supply chain and it is clearly because we all share the same values. I have made some real friends which is an added bonus to working with such a brilliant company. In summary, having a clear set of values that you live and breathe by and recruit all your stakeholders to align with, you are going to create something very special.
