For many SMEs, finding staff with the right skills is a perpetual headache. And even once they’ve employed the people they need, they’re faced with the task of hanging on to them. That’s the finding of a recent Telegraph survey, conducted in partnership with easyJet and YouGov. It asked more than 1,000 business people about their experiences and attitudes, and a third of them cited recruitment as a major challenge. Meanwhile, just one in four said they find it easy to hire suitably skilled staff.
