One of our core Values is Innovation and at Collingwood we are always looking at new ways to identify, attract and appoint high calibre candidates for our clients.

That said, I am not so sure how innovative the rest of the recruitment market is in adding real value to their clients. There still appears to be a huge amount of laziness, unimaginative searching for candidates in a race to make quick fees.
