Collingwood has recruited internationally since its inception in 2005 and we have always conducted our entire headhunting and interview process in English. No matter how advanced our candidates level of spoken English has been, it is difficult to really get under their skin to understand their core behaviours. 

This is a great case study outlining the value we have gained from using assessment tools designed by Thomas International. The benefit has been that Thomas tools are available in every language and so we have been able to assess candidates in their mother tongues.

We are great competency and behavioural interviewers but these additional assessments have ensured the right candidate decisions have been made for our clients.
