Carillion subsidiary Ask Real Estate has lodged plans for a major £300m development next to Manchester’s landmark Beetham Tower.
The developer has submitted a planning application for two buildings on the site of the former Bauer Millett Alfa Romeo garage, next to the Beetham Tower and the Manchester Central convention centre.
Overall, the development will provide 343,000 sq ft of space, including 10,000 sq ft of ground floor commercial space.
Again more exciting developments and continued development of this side of the City, the master plan moves on! The down side is I now have to find a new parking space...a small sacrifice!
Have a great Easter weekend everyone.
Designed by architects SimpsonHaugh & Partners, the project includes one 40-storey tower that will house 375 residential apartments, plus a neighbouring 14-storey office tower.
