With the ever increasing trend towards healthier living and eating, this comes as a slight surprise to myself. I suppose once everyone is off their January 'health kicks', everyone likes a little indulgence at the weekend and will want to experience the flavours of their favourite restaurants at home. 

Foreign influence will continue to drive this I am sure, but it will be interesting to see what the new 'pulled pork' trend will be, for example. Something that the home consumer was no accustomed to a few years back.  

Lets see what 2017 will bring....
