If you really want to recruit high calibre talent that will fit culturally into your business, it is critical that you invest some real thought into your recruitment process. I see so many hiring processes that are fantastically luring but that really don't tell the true story of the company, what it is actually like to work there etc...

Authenticity is critical if you want to attract someone who will be on your journey for years to come and not get off at the first stop!!
