I used to work with someone who gave 'lunch and learn' sessions on - How to Manage your Inbox. I and others in the business were in awe of her ability to keep her inbox constantly limited to 4 or 5 email at any one time. Sadly, I have to confess, I have never managed the integrate the discipline she demonstrated and therefore like most people have the constant background noise of having to clear out and tidy up my inbox.
