I've never participated in the coveted 20-minute morning meditation and can't get myself to hop on the green juice bandwagon. My morning rituals are nothing out of the ordinary. I think it's important to note, it's not necessarily what your morning rituals are, it's just the act of having a morning routine in the first place that will help increase your daily productivity.
